Launch and Change Coordinator (m/f/d)

Overview

This position will provide comprehensive coordination supporting our clients in process and new vehicle launch engineering change management acitvities.  The L/C Coordinator leads the process team to ensure when a change is implemented parts/information is available on time, every time.  This is a key position in the plant and requires a high standard of excellence, attention to detail and an inquisitive approach.  You are the main point of contact for Change communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aware and prepared for the implementation.

What you can expect

  • Direct and coordinate all activities within the production plant of our client related to the implementation of engineering changes
  • Positive mix of office/hands-on presence in manufacturing
  • Responsibility for BOM Quality Management
  • May include new model introductions, package updates and/or series running changes
  • Steering projects and cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate engineering releases and deviations
  • Provide guidance and training to process partners on the launch and change management systems and processes
  • Identify and implement improvements of the engineering change process of our client

What you need to show

  • Experience in automotive engineering
  • Ability to pro-actively manage interfaces
  • University degree in engineering, supply chain or related area
  • 3+ years related relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years project management/team leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or engineering related functions
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • International experience and knowledge of German is a plus

Quality Lead Auditor (m/f/d)

Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring plant compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.  Our audit process is a bit unique as we use a collaborative approach.  On top of maintaining compliance we maintain open communication, lead, support and coach our client to implement sustainable solutions.  In addition to auditing we are responsible for supporting our client supporting the plant problem resolution process through focus on examining and making recommendations to the P-FMEA relative to the improvement.  We will support our client preparing for global ISO audits, as required.

What you can expect

  • Plan, organize, conduct Process and System audits
  • Verify and manage conformity to ISO9001 standards
  • Provide technical support in audits, focusing on risk assessment
  • Ensure conformity to P-FMEA as it relates to the production process
  • Create, maintain required audit documentation
  • Perform post-audit follow up to verify implemented corrective actions

What you need to show

  • Experience in automotive sector; OEM, Tier 1 or 2 supplier
  • Ability to pro-actively manage interfaces
  • University degree in engineering, supply chain, related area or technical expertise
  • 6+ years related relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years with an ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
