For our team in the US we are looking for a Management Assistant who supports the CEO and the Management team in day-to-day administrative tasks such as financial and HR administration, meeting coordination, special projects and organizing company events.  The Management Assistant is the reliable central contact point for the team who is keeping the house in order. As Management Assistant (m/f) you provide the following characteristics:

  • 2+ years of experience as Management Assistant and/or in a sales administration position

For one of our automotive manufacturing clients (major OEM) in the U.S. we are looking for experienced Launch and Change Coordinator (m/f). Your main task will be to direct and coordinate all activities within the production plant of our client related to the implementation of engineering changes. Management of changes may include new model introductions, package updates and/or series running changes. Besides driving and coordinating launch and change related activities as well as steering projects and cross- functional teams you will evaluate engineering releases and deviations. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and training to process partners on the launch and change management systems and processes. Finally, you will identify and implement improvements of the engineering change process of our client.

Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer USA

For one of our automotive manufacturing clients (Tier 1 supplier) in the U.S. we are looking for experienced Advanced Supplier Quality Engineers (ASQE) (m/f). Your main task will be to function as liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues and to provide technical support. You will consult R&D in design for manufacturability. You will participate in Risk Analysis and support the preparation of project scope, and evaluation of suppliers. You will support the APQP process. Additionally, you will work with the supplier performing root cause analysis and follow-up on necessary corrective actions, including securing of compliance of the PEP process and use of the SIPOC’s. You will manage the ISIR releases and compliance for new model launches. Also, you will be responsible for reporting to team and management supplier KPI’s and progress towards improvement initiatives as appropriate.

As Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f) you provide the following characteristics:

  • Experience in automotive engineering methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC)
  • University degree in engineering, supply chain or related areas, or professional training (BA/BS or MA/MS)
  • Training in Quality Management/plus additional subject-specific training (technician)/plus experience with suppliers at national and international levels
  • Experience in method based problem solving techniques (ex. 8D’s, 5 Why’s)
  • Good knowledge of production techniques and processes, norms and customer requirements, component and tolerance requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • 5 – 7 years of related professional experience
